Q: “Are the slider locks easy to install?"

A: “Yes, typical installation time is about a half an hour per slider lock."


Q: “Do I need any special tools to install the slider locks?"

A: “No. An electric drill and a few simple hand tools are all you need to install our slider locks."


Q: “Is your double bolt sliding glass door lock really as good as you say?"

A: “Yes, when properly installed your sliding glass doors will no longer be able to be lifted off of their tracks. Plus the lock      doubles as a child safety lock as well."


Q: “How soon will my order be shipped?"

A: “We usually process and ship your order within a day or two of receiving cleared payment through Paypal."


Q: “How will my order be shipped?"

A: “We ship UPS Ground & USPS Priority Class Mail 5 days a week."


Q: “What payment methods do you accept for your products?"

A: “Currently, we accept payment for our products through PayPal only. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, wire      transfers or any form of mail in payment for our products."


Q: “How will I know my order has been shipped?"

A: “Upon shipping your order, we will immediately email you a UPS or USPS tracking tracking number."


Q: “Do you ship your products COD?"

A: “No. We do not ship our products COD."


Q: “Do you accept telephone orders for your products?"

A: “Yes. We do take orders over the telephone. When ordering my telephone, you will be asked for the following information to      process your order."

1. Your name as it appears on your credit card.

2. Your phone number.

3. Your email address (You will be sent an order confirmation).

4.The address that your credit card is billed to:

   a. Street
   b. City
   c. State
   d. Zip Code

5. You can ask the operator to have your purchase sent to a different address if you wish.

6. What type of credit card (We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover).

7. The credit card expiration date.

8. The credit card "CVC" security code. what's this?

Q: “Can I change my order?"

A: “Yes, providing your order has not been shipped. Simply contact our Customer Service Department and we will refund      your purchase thru PayPal. Once you receive your refund, you may them purchase whatever items you wish."
